- Coordinate adjustments based on evolving business needs and scope.
- Prepare inputs for governance forums and communicate status clearly.
- Support executive decision-making with portfolio insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with sponsors to refine problem statements for governance discussions.
- Develop roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and identify risks and dependencies.
