Job summary

Sikich LLC in Alexandria, VA seeks a Project Manager within the Lean Portfolio Management Office (LPMO) for the CMS program. You will support strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross‑agency initiatives, translating priorities into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

You’ll coordinate governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging Jira/Confluence, collaborating with ISG and CCSQ leadership to drive progress and value for government clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government agencies, particularly CMS/CCSQ, or comparable federal healthcare programs.
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management, Agile practices, and enterprise portfolio governance.
• PMP, SAFe, or comparable project/program management certification.
• Experience supporting organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills to engage executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and performance management support across CMS/CCSQ priorities.
• Coordinate portfolio, program, and project activities with leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate intake reviews, scoping, prioritization, and assignment of new work.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and leadership summaries.
• Track decisions, actions, dependencies, and follow-ups from governance discussions.
• Translate complex portfolio information into clear, concise communications for varied audiences.
