Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director, Portfolio Performance & PMO to lead portfolio governance, performance management, and PMO operations across client accounts. The role partners with Cushman & Wakefield leadership to drive operational excellence, optimize delivery, and ensure financial accountability and client satisfaction.

You will establish governance, reporting, and analytics frameworks, oversee risk management and continuous improvement, and serve as the executive sponsor for PMO

Qualifications

• Lead PMO operations and portfolio governance across client accounts.
• Develop and refine governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio performance and risk.
• Collaborate with client leadership to drive value and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all PMO functions supporting the Client project portfolio.
• Establish, maintain, and continually improve governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level commitments, client requirements, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
• Provide executive oversight of portfolio governance reviews, steering committees, operational review processes, and executive reporting forums.
• Drive consistency in project delivery, controls, documentation, reporting, and performance management across all regions and business lines.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for PMO maturity initiatives, governance enhancements, and operational transformation programs.
• Function as the primary authority for PMO standards, portfolio controls, reporting methodologies, and governance requirements.
