Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related quantitative field; MBA or designation is a plus.
• 12+ years in strategy, portfolio management, governance, transformation, or related fields.
• 5+ years in people leadership building high-performing analytical teams.
• Experience presenting to executive/board levels and managing recurring reporting cycles.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to distill complexity for leadership.
• Experience in financial services is preferred; data visualization skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the investment governance framework for strategic and transformation investments.
• Maintain a single trusted view of the portfolio and oversee health across scope, financials, and risk.
• Lead portfolio performance reporting with insights, trends, and recommended actions.
• Provide analytical foundation for prioritization with finance, including scenario modeling.
• Design and lead the benefits-realization framework with measurable outcomes.
• Identify portfolio risks and dependencies; present options to decision-makers.
• Oversee the strategy reporting calendar and executive/board disclosure content.
• Modernize reporting through automation, AI-enabled analytics, and standardized tools.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on objectivity and continuous improvement.
