The position involves shaping processes, policies, and performance targets across diverse businesses. You will advance strategic options, lead KPI reporting, and ensure cross-portfolio alignment with the corporate plan.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Chairman's vision and translate it into portfolio operations.
• Develop and implement operating policies and processes to execute the vision.
• Translate C-suite goals into tangible realities for employees; discuss strategic options.
• Analyze initiatives such as openings, asset acquisitions, and new product/service launches.
• Challenge opinions while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
• Improve cash flow and RONA; monitor financial performance.
• Measure impact of new policies to ensure alignment with goals.
• Set targets, monitor progress, and report KPIs to leadership.
• Align resources across operations and create synergies within the portfolio.
• Implement reward and recognition models and evolving business structures.
