This leadership role requires navigating high-stakes environments with a focus on transformational initiatives, crisis leadership, and organizational leverage. You will report to the Chairman and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in high-consequence environments (e.g., Private Equity, Top-tier Consulting, Investment Banking, Military Leadership, Executive Operating Roles).

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the Chairman's highest-priority initiatives across businesses, investments, and strategic projects.
• Translate complex ideas and strategic directives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes and clear accountability.
• Drive execution excellence by maintaining momentum, removing barriers, and ensuring consistent progress toward objectives.
• Foster alignment across portfolio companies and leadership teams to ensure coordinated execution of strategic goals.
