Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Portfolio Operations Manager to lead the PMO&O and drive a three-pillar operating model across the division. You will own the portfolio rhythm, governance, and executive coordination to keep initiatives aligned and executable.

The role partners with Delivery Directors, the General Manager – Model T, Program Managers, and stakeholders to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement of the portfolio operating model.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating executive meetings, governance cadences, and strategic reviews.
• Ability to manage portfolio-level dependencies and resource allocation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across delivery and enablement pillars.
• Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks and audit readiness.
• Proven track record driving continuous improvement of operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Division's leadership operating rhythm and governance cadence.
• Coordinate executive meetings and strategic reviews; manage action tracking.
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership reports; ensure visibility of risks and issues.
• Drive accountability for cross-organizational commitments and dependencies.
• Act as escalation point for portfolio-level issues and cross-delivery coordination.
