Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the Fill & Finish Expansions site Project Portfolio Management. You will drive prioritization, investment budgeting, and governance to ensure alignment with site strategy and AB/RE budget cycles.

You will lead the STG processes, coordinate IPG presentations, and support project managers with standard methodologies, while ensuring timely risk and resource communication across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in project management, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of demonstrated project/change management skills in pharma/manufacturing/business.
• Advanced Project or Portfolio Management competencies through relevant training or experience.
• Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint; Clarity Super User preferred.
• Proven PM skills with ability to plan schedules and manage processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve the site Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process.
• Lead site PPM prioritization and implementation planning twice yearly.
• Develop the NNPILP Investment Budget with Finance.
• Coordinate monthly STG meetings and standardize materials and approach.
• Communicate project risks and resource constraints in a timely manner.
• Provide PM training and support to PMs and STG participants.
