Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Project Portfolio Manager to own the site PPM process, drive prioritization and budgeting, and coordinate governance across multiple STG meetings. You will partner with Finance and site management to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project delivery goals.
Ideal candidates bring seven+ years in project portfolio management in pharma/manufacturing, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with Clarity or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management or business (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in project portfolio management in pharma/manufacturing environments
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Clarity preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve the site Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process
- Lead site PPM prioritization and planning twice yearly
- Coordinate with Finance to develop the investment budget and STG materials
- Manage monthly steering group processes and ensure standardized materials
- Provide training and support to project managers on PPM templates and processes
- Drive governance and ensure timely communication of risks and constraints
