Job summary

Comstock is seeking a dynamic Portfolio and Specialty Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments in Reston, VA. You will drive leasing performance, manage tenant relationships, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities span portfolio leasing, specialty leasing, and transaction management with tools like Yardi and VTS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, property management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, financial modeling, and industry regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the leasing strategy for office, retail, mixed-use, and shopping center portfolio.
Assist in all leasing phases: prospecting, property tours, LOIs, lease negotiations, and lease execution.
Identify prospective tenants and source new business via networking, events, and market research.
Lead the Specialty Leasing Program and develop merchandising for kiosks, pop-ups, and events.
Prepare LOIs, deal summaries, commission agreements, and executive presentations.
Maintain reporting in Yardi, VTS, and other leasing platforms; manage tenant trackers and reports.
Coordinate broker and prospective tenant tours and maintain active communication throughout transactions.
