Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking an emerging strategy professional to shape a $3B global consumer electronics business. You will frame strategic problems, develop hypotheses, and translate analyses into executive-ready narratives for the Board and senior leaders.

The role requires collaboration across Product, Consumer Insights, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, with a focus on growth, portfolio strategy, and market priorities. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical environment.
• Outstanding written communication skills, capable of executive-ready memoranda and recommendations.
• Strong command of structured problem-solving methodologies: issue definition, frameworks, hypotheses.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data to answer complex business questions.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
• Collaborative working style with curiosity and learning from cross-functional teams.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic framing, hypothesis development, and problem definition across complex issues.
• Translate analyses into concise, executive-ready narratives and briefs for leadership and the Board.
• Support development of multi-year business unit and product portfolio strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to gather insights, challenge assumptions, and build alignment.
