Job summary

Bose Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Global Supply Chain FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Bose's global supply chain. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics, and planning to connect financial impact with operational decisions.

You will oversee a small team of analysts, develop driver-based forecasts, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive Finance experience including FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or related field.
• Experience owning or leading significant components of FP&A, forecasting, P&L analysis in a complex org.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing financial analysts or other finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of drivers of a global supply chain (COGS, costing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics).

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for Global Supply Chain including consolidated P&L, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Serve as strategic finance partner to Global Supply Chain leadership across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Financial Analysts; set priorities and provide feedback.
• Develop driver-based forecasts and plans for major cost components (materials, PPV, inventory, etc.).
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews and communicate results, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Collaborate with BU FP&A teams to reflect Supply Chain assumptions in forecasts and plans.
• Establish KPIs and govern cost savings and productivity initiatives with visibility into trade-offs.
• Create financial models, scenarios, and business cases for major initiatives.
