Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain FP&A to lead financial planning and performance insights for Bose's global supply chain. You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to connect financial results with operational drivers and guide strategic decisions.

You will own the consolidated Supply Chain P&L, drive forecasts and long-range plans, and lead a small team of Financial Analysts.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of progressive Finance experience including FP&A, Operations Finance or Supply Chain Finance.
Demonstrated experience owning or leading significant components of financial planning, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing financial analysts.
Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers of a global supply chain.

Mansioni

Own FP&A for the Global Supply Chain organization, including consolidated P&L, forecasts, OPP, and performance reporting.
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to provide financial perspectives and challenge assumptions.
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Financial Analysts.
Develop driver-based forecasts and financial plans for major cost components (material, COGS, PPV, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, tooling, Opex).
Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews, communicating results and risks to senior leaders.
Develop integrated view of Supply Chain performance across business units and ensure alignment with forecasts.
Evaluate strategic decisions (sourcing, supplier negotiations, capacity, logistics) and quantify financial impact.
Establish and monitor KPIs to show trade-offs among cost, service, quality, and inventory.
Lead governance of cost savings and productivity initiatives with baselines and benefits.
Create financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for major initiatives.
