Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Programme Engineering Lead for AW Major Projects. Based mainly in the Anglian Water region, you will provide leadership for engineering across a portfolio of work, setting strategy and standards, driving delivery, and ensuring safe, compliant, and commercially effective outcomes.

You will coordinate with divisional leads, drive innovation, and maintain accountability for design reviews, risk workshops and asset-data requirements across connected platforms.

Qualifications

• Widely experienced engineering professional with leadership and multi-team delivery experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed engineering teams on design-and-build schemes.
• Delivery-focused leader able to set targets, budgets and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering management across the framework and set a clear strategy.
• Coordinate resource demand, deployment and priorities with project leads.
• Monitor cost, programme, quality, risk and governance performance and escalate issues.
