Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Senior Director, Transformation Office Portfolio Lead to orchestrate strategic initiatives across R&D, Tech Ops, and enterprise programs. You will lead portfolio management, prioritization, governance, and performance insights, partnering with senior leaders to maximize business value.

The role oversees cross-functional teams, ensures clear ownership and milestones, and reports on progress, risks, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with a life sciences/finance/business background.
• Experience in management consulting with biotech/pharma case work.
• Operating experience in Transformation Office and/or PM/Finance background valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio management for cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate prioritization, governance, and KPI tracking for the TO.
• Collaborate with R&D, Tech Ops, Finance, HR, and other teams to drive alignment.
• Prepare executive materials and present recommendations to senior leadership.
