RSM is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader to guide multiple product teams in designing, delivering, and supporting high-value solutions. The role partners with digital leaders to align tech investments with business goals and ensure scalable, reliable outcomes.

You will champion an integrated delivery model, standardize Agile/SAFe practices, and drive continuous improvement across cloud, AI, and platform initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MS preferred.
• 5+ years leading matrixed delivery teams with business alignment.
• 10+ years building enterprise-class on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• 5+ years developing and maintaining policies, standards and guidelines.
• Proven success delivering complex integrations across cloud, SaaS, and on‑premise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trust-based stakeholder relationships to shape portfolio roadmaps.
• Lead client-facing product teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated solutions.
• Standardize Agile and SAFe practices across teams and maximize velocity.
• Oversee delivery of AI and cloud platform development with governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency in delivery teams.
