Qualifications

• Enterprise integration delivery: proven success delivering complex integrations across cloud, SaaS, on-premises and hybrid platforms.
• Architecture, security, and governance: deep knowledge of middleware, API management, observability, secure data exchange.
• Business leadership: translate end-to-end business processes and priorities into a scalable integration strategy with measurable value.
• Executive communication: articulate risks, tradeoffs, and decisions; align business and tech leaders.
• People and change leadership: build accountable teams and guide stakeholders through technology, governance, and operating model change.

Responsibilities

• Shape portfolio roadmaps with stakeholders and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Lead client-facing product teams delivering integrated solutions across internal/external systems.
• Standardize Agile and SAFe practices; maximize velocity with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
• Oversee AI and cloud platform development, governance, and security/privacy considerations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure platform reliability and scalability.
