Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Leader to drive collaborative design, alignment, and delivery of a prioritized portfolio roadmap. You will build relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring technology investments meet strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

You will partner with Digital Leaders to enable high-impact solutions, champion an integrated delivery model, and oversee teams in AI, cloud, and modern delivery tools to maximize velocity and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; leadership experience in technology delivery.
Experience leading audit/assurance or CPA-related technology programs is ideal.
Proven ability to align delivery with business strategy and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

Shape portfolio roadmaps with stakeholders and prioritize initiatives by business value.
Lead client-facing product teams to deliver high-impact solutions and drive AI/automation opportunities.
Standardize Agile/SAFe practices and collaborate with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
Oversee governance of advanced products, cloud platforms, and security/compliance considerations.
Drive delivery efficiency, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across teams.
