Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 8 years of industrial construction or capital projects experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading field construction execution.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
• Demonstrated leadership in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project execution for a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and execute construction strategies aligning with objectives.
• Lead site construction from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and planning.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and earned value metrics.
• Coordinate with EPCOM stakeholders and report projections.
