Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of industrial construction or capital project experience.
• 5+ years leading field construction execution.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
• Demonstrated leadership in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital project execution for a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and execute construction strategies supporting project objectives.
• Lead site construction from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and execution planning.
• Lead routine construction review meetings.
• Proactively address risks impacting cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Champion a Zero Incident Mindset.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and Eastman SOPs.
• Coordinate with EPCOM stakeholders and governance processes.
• Oversee permits, change orders, contracts, and execution plans.
