Job summary
Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to actively analyze, manage, and provide tactical and strategic expertise to portfolios of initiatives and projects. You will enable enterprise portfolio management by ensuring data integrity, delivering reporting, and providing decision-ready insights across intake, pipeline, and delivery.
The role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying risks, and supporting governance and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics and indicators.
- Translate portfolio data into observations and implications for leadership.
- Analyze project financials and identify budget, funding, and delivery risks.
- Monitor projects to ensure realized business value and to proactively identify and manage portfolio risks.
- Support preparation for portfolio reviews, governance forums, and leadership updates.
- Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations regarding portfolio health.
