Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to actively analyze, manage, and provide strategic expertise to portfolios of complex initiatives and projects. You will enable enterprise portfolio management by ensuring data integrity, delivering accurate reporting, and supporting governance and investment decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and indicators, flag trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into observations and implications for leadership action.
- Analyze project financials and identify budget and delivery risks for proactive decisions.
- Provide backup support for Portfolio Leaders and drive continuous improvement.
