Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to actively analyze, manage, and provide tactical and strategic expertise across portfolios of complex initiatives. You will enable enterprise portfolio management by ensuring data integrity, delivering accurate reporting, and providing decision-ready insights across intake, pipeline, and delivery.
You will lead process improvements, support portfolio reviews, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate portfolio data into observations for leadership action and decision making.
- Analyze project financials and identify budget, funding, and delivery risks.
- Provide backup support for Portfolio Leaders and drive continuous improvements.
