Job summary
Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Portfolio Analyst to actively analyze, manage, and advise on portfolios of strategic initiatives. You will ensure data integrity, deliver reporting, monitor portfolio health, and provide decision-ready insights across intake, pipeline, and delivery.
You will support governance, identify risks and trends, and lead continuous process improvement while acting as a subject matter expert for portfolio tools and methodologies. Collaboration with leaders is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Alternative: 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics and indicators.
- Translate portfolio data into observations and implications for action.
- Analyze project financials and identify budget and delivery risks.
- Provide executive-level status reports and presentations.
