You will analyze market dynamics, conduct financial assessments, and partner across R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to shape growth. The role emphasizes pipeline optimization, new product opportunities in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Portfolio Management or related areas.
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI).
• Experience across cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities across the U.S. and Canada by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, new approvals, and portfolio fit.
• Conduct market intelligence, forecasting, and business case analyses to support product selection, ROI assessments, and long-term portfolio growth strategies.
• Track pipeline progress, development timelines, and business risks while providing insights to support portfolio prioritization and decision-making.
• Assess internal development, in-licensing, and business development opportunities to optimize portfolio value and support future growth.
