Ideal candidates will have a strong program management background, experience in a corporate or law firm setting, and excellent organizational and communication skills to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Experience designing and driving programmatic improvements.
• Clear verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to own projects and drive to completion.
• Demonstrated program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain compliance workflows, tracking systems, and internal controls for lobbying registration and reporting.
• Review events involving public employees and determine permissible hospitality and reporting.
• Research regulations related to ethics, gifts and conflicts of interest.
• Communicate approvals and instructions to employees and file supporting documentation.
• Draft and send follow-up communications for reimbursements and disclosures.
• Manage a master compliance calendar and meet filing deadlines.
• Support vendor and outside counsel relationships for deadlines.
• Review group inbox emails and route to attorneys as needed.
• Manage internal tools and project timelines for compliance initiatives.
