Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant compliance, regulatory, risk management, or audits.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience communicating regulatory rules to leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee compliance programs, policies, procedures, controls, and processes.
• Manage FTCA-related claims processes and serve as the primary claims contact.
• Research, interpret, and communicate applicable laws, regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with leadership and business units to implement policy, process, training, and operational changes.
• Identify training needs and supervise Compliance Specialist I and II roles.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance matters and regulatory changes.
