Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in cross-functional program or portfolio management.
• Experience building program reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Exceptional communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional program scope, schedule, dependencies, and readiness tracking.
• Lead program communications and executive dashboards in partnership with OCM.
• Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, and decisions with portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate execution of data privacy initiatives and mitigate schedule risks.
• Train and mentor team members on delivery practices; step into roles under pressure.
