Job summary

Peraton seeks a Policy and External Agreements Analyst in Linthicum, MD to support the DoD customer. You will manage external agreements, coordinate with DoD/AF IT programs, and ensure adherence to DoD and SAF/IG protocols within the Plans and Policy directorate.

The role requires strong policy, coordination, and communication skills, with experience in SAF/IG and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. A mission-focused team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education and experience options include AA with 10+ years, BA with 8+ years, MA with 6+ years; 4 years experience may substitute for a BA.
• Experience with Military and/or DoD policies and procedures.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal Directorates and external DoD/AF IT programs and agencies.
• Interpret, develop, and modify strategies and policies to meet program needs.
• Plan organizational and resourcing strategies; implement policies and metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operating instructions; annual reviews for continuous improvement.
• Support training planning and execution as necessary.
