Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, public administration, or international relations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience conducting in-depth policy and program assessments related to defense capabilities and technologies.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams and operational policy inputs.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy and management guidance for the DAMO team within the Office of Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering.
• Coordinate cyber incident damage assessments with MilDeps, OSW, DoW leadership, and other USG entities.
• Manage policy development, inter-agency coordination, and process development.
• Support OSW oversight of MilDep cyber incident damage assessments and related activities.
