Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Policy and Management Analyst to support the DAMO team onsite in Linthicum, MD. The role involves developing policy, coordinating cyber risk assessments, and interacting with DoW and USG partners to protect DoW information.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years of defense policy experience, and strong communication and organizational skills for interagency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, public administration, or international relations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience conducting in-depth policy and program assessments related to defense capabilities and technologies.
• Experience working with an interdisciplinary team of experts that collectively recommends operational policy inputs and assists with management of day-to-day operations focused on protecting DoW-controlled defense information.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, search-functionality, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsabilités

• Develop draft policy and issuance documents establishing damage and risk assessment policy and procedures.
• Coordinate cyber incident damage and risk assessments internally and with key stakeholders.
• Manage execution of cyber incident damage assessments, policy development, inter-agency coordination, and process development.
