Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience developing and reviewing DoD/US policy and cyber forensics programs.

Responsibilities

• Research complex policy issues using diverse sources and data analysis.
• Develop policy proposals, briefing notes, and reports for senior management.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage complex policy projects, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Prepare clear policy recommendations and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
