Job summary

Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright and self-motivated individual to support the Director, Tax, LatAm & Canada Policy. This role reports to the Chief of Staff, Public Policy, and provides administrative and substantive policy support, including budget management, background research, briefing material prep, calendaring, and travel booking.

The position collaborates with the Public Policy team on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and substantive policy support for the Director, Tax, LatAm & Canada Policy.
• Manage budget planning, background research, briefing material prep, calendaring, and expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate travel and travel arrangements; assist with project-based external policy engagements.
• Support Public Policy leadership on day-to-day deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.
