This role reports to the Chief of Staff, Public Policy, and provides administrative and substantive policy support, including budget management, background research, briefing material prep, calendaring, and travel booking.
The position collaborates with the Public Policy team on cross-functional projects.
Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright and self-motivated individual to support the Director, Tax, LatAm & Canada Policy.
This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff, Public Policy, and provide administrative and substantive policy support for this Director, including budget management/planning, background research, briefing material preparation, calendaring, expense reconciliation, and travel booking. The role will also support the growing Public Policy team on project-based matters related to external policy engagement and internal/external-facing projects and initiatives. Finally, this role will assist Public Policy leadership on specific day-to-day deliverables and big-picture projects.
This position will work with other assistants throughout the team and across the rest of the company.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
