You will mentor staff, foster collaboration, and act as a senior escalation point for key initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes while optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across assigned brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of cross-functional teams in a nimble, agile environment.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, stay within scope, and are delivered on time while addressing risks and roadblocks.
• Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration to achieve project outcomes and high-quality results.
• Provide transparency into project health, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Escalate concerns and risks as needed and facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project- and brand-related matters and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead scoping and financial planning for assigned businesses, aligning with client needs and agency priorities.
• Monitor brand financial health and address variances related to scope, forecasts, and margins.
