Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Operations leader to partner with account leads in rolling out and managing multiple projects for our client. You will implement systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiencies and standardization across teams.

Responsibilities include implementing workflow tools (Asana), coordinating enterprise projects, data mapping, and QA budgets, while liaising with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs. Strong communication and 8+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated work success in project management.
• Experience with media planning and buying preferred.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement workflow management tool and lead project management process across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide projects including QBRs and education sessions.
• Provide ongoing support for tools and solutions; train team and optimize processes.
• Collaborate on taxonomy and data mapping from all systems/sources to power automation.
• Ensure budgets are accurate and liaise with clients, agency partners, and vendors.
• Establish and audit SLAs with accounts and clients.
