Lumen is seeking a PMO-focused professional to track program deliverables, maintain PMO artifacts, and support process improvements across IT lifecycle activities in a Washington DC-area client site. The role requires interfacing with senior management and potentially supervising others.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall, strong documentation skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience tracking program deliverables.
• Knowledge of SDLC and governance processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to supervise other staff or project members.

Responsabilités

• Track, monitor, and provide status updates on program and project deliverables to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Apply established processes to ensure data accuracy, currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.
• Maintain a centralized library of PMO documents and develop standardized templates for technical and management use.
• Support project, program, and portfolio-level activities including process analysis, mapping, optimization, reporting, market research, and internal communications.
• Translate business processes into actionable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation supporting Agile methodologies.
• Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) artifacts, architecture standards, and governance processes; oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management.
