Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking an Expert Program Business Manager for the Public Sector to support the PMO, track deliverables, and ensure SDLC compliance. The role involves interfacing with senior management, client negotiations, and guiding process improvements to enable AI-ready connectivity for government and enterprise environments.

You will maintain PMO artifacts, develop templates, and translate processes into dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience tracking, monitoring and updating status of program deliverables.
• Ability to apply processes ensuring data currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts.
• Experience maintaining repositories of PMO documents and templates for technical and management use.
• Experience supporting project, program and portfolio activities including process analysis, mapping, reporting, and communications.
• Ability to translate business processes into dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and decision-making.
• Familiarity with IT lifecycle documentation and both Waterfall and Agile SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and provide status updates on program deliverables to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Apply established processes to ensure data accuracy, currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.
• Maintain centralized PMO document library and develop standardized templates for technical and management use.
• Support project, program, and portfolio activities including analysis, reporting, and internal communications.
• Translate business processes into actionable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility.
• Update IT lifecycle documentation supporting Agile and SDLC governance.
