ADM is seeking a Project Manager for its Strategic PMO Talent Rotation Program in Decatur, IL. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives across MADJV, CapEx, and enterprise transformation, working with sponsors and senior leaders to deliver on time, budget, and benefit targets.

The program offers 18–24 months of exposure to senior decision‑makers, formal training (Prince2 incl.), and structured development with career growth into ADM leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or related field; Master’s degree is a benefit.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at ADM or in a comparable role involving complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• PMP, Prince2, or willingness to obtain certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation aligned with strategic goals.
• Establish and manage governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and decision frameworks.
• Ensure delivery against agreed quality, cost, timing, and benefit targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including contingency planning.
• Drive alignment and facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups and geographies.
• Track performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and key decisions.
