Job summary

Nightingale College is seeking a Project Manager II, PMO to lead strategic enterprise initiatives across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to define scope, create detailed plans, manage risk, and report progress to senior leaders.

This role emphasizes data-driven delivery and continuous improvement within the PMO. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of PM experience in corporate or higher-ed settings, and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies with

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of project management experience, with strategic/enterprise scope.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in corporate or higher-education settings.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects from initiation to completion aligned with business objectives.
Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with executives and stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
Identify risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication.
Report status and milestones to senior leadership.
