Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Product Management, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through a stage-gate development process.
• Strong ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO & project management activities from charter through closeout.
• Oversee portfolio governance, scheduling, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Lead NPI programs from concept to commercialization and coordinate across functions.
• Deliver concise executive updates and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements to standardize PMO practices and tooling.
