Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience with project management.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing process changes and running large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs and act as a strategic thought partner.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across customer groups, business, and functions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans; manage dependencies and risks.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure value realization and ROI.
• Mentor and guide project management personnel for continuous improvement.
• Establish solid governance including risk and dependency management.
• Promote open communication and consistent reporting across teams.
