Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership across business and technology programs. You will guide all phases of the program lifecycle, aligning with priorities and managing cross-project dependencies to deliver outcomes.

The role requires coordinating multiple teams, tracking KPIs, and ensuring governance and documentation standards are met. Strong communication and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience supporting business or technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, statistics, business, health care, engineering, etc.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Advanced proficiency with planning, tracking, reporting, and managing interdependencies across projects and programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated program plans including scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple related projects.
• Leads coordination of multiple project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support program objectives.
• Monitors progress, identifies risks, issues, and interdependencies and leads mitigation efforts.
• Tracks and reports on program KPIs; communicates status and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensures alignment of related projects with business priorities and governance standards.
• Facilitates governance activities such as status reviews and retrospectives to support delivery.
