Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Lead, Project Management in the Strategy & Transformation PMO to drive top priority projects across Marketing and Sales. You will apply a structured transformation framework to deliver complex programs with strong leadership and change management capabilities.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with global and US teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; master’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of professional experience, including at least three years in project management across process, IT, or M&A initiatives.
• Experience leading SAP or other technology implementations.
• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP).
• Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, HCI).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project need; travel around 10% typical.

• Build business acumen to contextualize project impacts.
