Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Five+ years of professional experience, including at least three years in project management across process, IT, or M&A initiatives
• Experience leading SAP or other technology implementations
• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP)
• Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, HCI)
• Experience with stakeholder management and large-scale organizational
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project need; typical ~10% travel
