Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a PMO/Governance Analyst to support enterprise IT operations for a federal government client in Washington, DC. The role leads governance artifacts, Agile delivery support, and program reporting in a fast-paced, 24x7 enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will develop governance documentation, coordinate sprint ceremonies, monitor performance metrics, and maintain compliance with applicable policies and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting federal government IT program management offices in an analytical, governance, or program support capacity.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining program governance artifacts, including project management plans, risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core program governance artifacts and documentation.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and manage the program backlog in ITSM/Agile tooling.
• Prepare and distribute monthly status and performance reports and dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and meeting support, including transition activities.
