Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in IT or 12+ years equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
• Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.
