Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking a Corporate Strategy Project Analyst to support the PMO with centralized execution, reporting and governance across initiatives in Westlake Village, CA. You will build dashboards, maintain artifacts, and coordinate with PMs, BAs and SMEs to drive project outcomes.

You will assist in cost-benefit analysis, executive updates, and recurring/adhoc reporting while ensuring consistency across Smartsheet, Confluence and ADO environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage industry (Correspondent or Retail Lending).
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards, workspaces, and project artifacts for project execution.
• Monitor tickets, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.
• Support intake, prioritization, and workflow management.
• Enable cost-benefit analysis through structured data gathering.
• Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting and assist with executive decks.
• Consolidate inputs across PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to guide Corp Strategy.
• Maintain Smartsheet, Confluence, and ADO environments and ensure consistency across tools.
• Support PMO processes and coverage; act as secondary PM when needed.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and tasks; develop full-scale plans.
• Manage workflow in JIRA and coordinate project staff; plan timelines.
• Track deliverables, provide direction, and perform QA; report progress to stakeholders.
