Job summary

ImageTek Mfg., Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production & Material Control Manager to lead the PMC team, ensuring manufacturing continuity and on-time delivery through precise demand forecasting, master production scheduling, proactive procurement, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Control within Battery, EMS, or high-tech ODM/OEM environments, plus expertise in MRP/ERP systems and deep supplier management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or higher.
• Experience in large-scale contract manufacturing environments with EMS workflows.
• Experience managing annual procurement spend over $100M USD (preferred).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Master Scheduling and MRP execution aligning capacity with forecasts and orders.
• Oversee NPI to Mass Production ramp and CTB readiness during trials.
• Drive S&OP alignment and adjust plans for demand changes and ECOs.
• Lead strategic sourcing and manage supplier negotiations and PO lifecycles.
• Monitor supplier on-time delivery and mitigate risk; establish buffers.
