Job summary

Voltage Energy seeks an experienced PMC Manager to lead the full S&OP cycle in a scalable manufacturing setting. You will align customer demand with production and material execution, driving on-time delivery and continuous improvement across supply chain, production, and logistics.

You will build a high-impact PMC team, develop planning models, and report on performance metrics to leadership while coordinating across global operations and logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning, materials management, or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading planning/PMC roles.
• Experience owning or contributing to an S&OP process.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and capacity alignment.
• Translate demand and capacity plans into actionable production schedules.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and align planning with global operations.
